HOW WE WORK
A DISCIPLINED PATH FROM REQUIREMENT TO EXECUTION
NEXGEN applies a structured, transaction-specific approach designed to assess viability early, align the parties before significant commitments are assumed and maintain oversight through execution. Each stage is adapted to the requirements, structure and risks of the individual transaction.
DEFINED REQUIREMENT
We begin with a written commercial requirement defining the product, volume, destination, delivery structure and the principal procedural, logistical and financial conditions expected by the buyer.
02
SUPPLY ASSESSMENT & VERIFICATION
We assess which supply structures can realistically respond to the requirement through established refinery-linked channels. Supply channels and procedures are verified before formal progression; where verification is still pending, any preliminary presentation is clearly identified as such.
03
BUYER & DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
Before formal engagement with the supply side, we verify the buyer’s corporate identity, transaction role, authority and supporting documentation to confirm that the requirement is backed by a legitimate and properly documented counterparty.
04
OBJECTION & COMPATIBILITY ANALYSIS
Once both sides have passed the initial assessment, we identify procedural, commercial, logistical and financial incompatibilities and anticipate the objections that could prevent the transaction from progressing.
05
STRUCTURE & PROCEDURE ALIGNMENT
Where identified incompatibilities can be resolved, we work to align procedures, documentation, logistics and commercial conditions, developing a structure that is workable for both sides before execution begins.
06
TRANSACTION RISK REVIEW
Before material commitments are assumed, we review the remaining documentary, commercial, logistical, financial and contractual risks within the proposed transaction structure and address critical issues requiring resolution.
07
EXECUTION & DOCUMENT CONTROL
Once the transaction is ready to proceed, we coordinate the parties through the successive execution stages while maintaining documentary oversight to identify inconsistencies, omissions or errors before they create operational or contractual complications.
