OUR APPROACH TO MARKET OPPORTUNITIES

We start from a genuine commercial requirement, not from the indiscriminate circulation of offers.

We assess supply through established refinery-linked channels. Where an unverified procedure appears compatible with a defined buyer requirement, it may be shared for preliminary assessment with its verification status clearly disclosed. Full verification is completed before the transaction formally progresses.

We verify the buyer’s corporate identity, transaction role, authority and supporting documentation before formal engagement with the supply side. The objective is to establish that the requirement comes from a legitimate and properly documented counterparty capable of progressing through the proposed transaction structure.

Once both sides have passed the initial assessment, we anticipate procedural, commercial, logistical and financial objections that could prevent the transaction from progressing, addressing potential conflicts before they become execution barriers.

We work to align procedures, documentation, logistics and commercial conditions before avoidable conflicts reach the execution stage.

Before material commitments are assumed, we review the remaining documentary, commercial, logistical and financial risks within the proposed transaction structure.

Once the transaction structure is workable, we coordinate the parties through execution while maintaining documentary oversight to identify inconsistencies, omissions or errors before they create operational or contractual complications.

Product and market references do not represent permanent inventory or guaranteed supply. Each opportunity is evaluated individually before progression.
